About the Capital Project Report
While UC Davis Design and Construction Management, or DCM, manages many dozens of projects throughout the state, this Capital Project Report is a summary update that primarily highlights featured project progress on the Davis campus. The report is published three times a year and represents both minor and major capital projects, including those over the $70M threshold requiring University of California Board of Regents approval. A more complete overview of all the projects DCM is managing for the Davis campus, and beyond, can be found via an interactive map on our website.
Efforts to complete the scope of capital projects are the passion of many collaborators within UC Davis Finance, Operations and Administration, or FOA, including Design and Construction Management, Facilities Management, Campus Planning and Environmental Stewardship, Safety Services, the Police and Fire Departments, FOA Communications and many others dedicated to making the university better every day.
