Organizational Changes
UC Davis Design and Construction Management (DCM) delivers new, high-quality buildings at the forefront of green building design; transforms existing facilities to meet future demands; manages improvements to our campus infrastructure; administers public-private partnerships that create opportunities for building large-scale projects like West Village or innovation districts like Aggie Square, and so much more.
A look at the recently updated org chart provides an overview of the structure of DCM’s four operational groups, each with their own project management team: Integrated Planning and Design, Engineering, Capital Projects and Real Estate Services. Administrative functions including business operations and contract management now report directly to Jim Carroll, associate vice chancellor and university architect while their IT group has moved over to Finance, Operation and Administration’s IT team.
