Bio

Chris leads an exceptional team of experts, consisting of our Contracts team and our Project Coordination team. The Contracts team is responsible for the preparation, execution and award of every contract at DCM; these contracts include all of our consulting contracts, as well as all of our construction contracts. The Project Coordination teams provides careful day-to-day support to our DCM Project Management teams and ensures that policy and statutory provisions are adhered to appropriately during the course of construction; ensuring that the construction administration meets all the stated and intended goals of UC policy and the State of California statutory requirements. 

Chris began working at UC Davis in 2003 after spending many years as a Contracts Manager for a major telecommunications firm. Working at UC Davis represents a homecoming, of sorts, as Chris is a proud alumnus of UC Davis, having earned his bachelor’s in Political Science from his beloved alma mater. In addition to his work at DCM, Chris is honored to have served on the Cal Aggie Athletic Hall of Fame selection committee on multiple occasions. Chris’ roots and passion for all things “Aggies” runs deep, he bleeds blue and gold, and adheres to the foundational principles of “Aggie Pride”. GO AGS!
